Now you can have a Halter Dress Tutu with you choice of 3 colors from 35 color options of tulle and your choice of satin ribbon. Your Halter Tutu will be handcrafted with at least 170 yards of tulle, and the Ribbon Wrapped bodice will be created with a soft satin ribbon. You can choose to add flower embellishments to the bodice and/or have them sprinkled though out this soft and flowing dress. You will find my signature Ribbon Wrapping at the top of the dress and it finishes off by creating the halter tie around the neck. The satin ribbon is long enough to create a beautiful bow at the back of your little ones neck and extra ribbon to trail down the back of the dress.
