Your very own Single Puff TuTu will be handcrafted with at least 50 yards of tulle in the color(s) of your choosing.
1st decide your length, 2nd decide size, 3rd choose your tulle colors using the tulle color chart. Then select your satin ribbon color choice. If you have any questions or need any assistance please contact me and we can work together to create your special tutu.
